The 5 storey 25,000 sf office tower located at55 Dundas Street East is home Hakim Optical’s Corporate Headquarters.  Project highlights included demolition of portions of the existing 3 storey building, completion of structural underpinning, and bracing in order to make way for the new 5 storey building.  The new building is a structural steel frame, with glazed curtainwall cladding.  Lower levels have been allocated to retail space, and will house Hakim Optical’s flagship store.
