Interior renovations to Sun Life Financial corporate facilities involved the demolition of the existing 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th floors to create approximately 40,000 sf of new office space in the Toronto Metro Centre tower located at 225 King Street West.  Project was fast tracked in order to accommodate and coordinate with other swing space areas.
