Project: Toronto Humane Society Headquarters Addition & Renovation Owner: Toronto Humane Society Prime Consultant: Rebanks Pepper Littlewood Architects Inc. Description: Renovations to the existing Toronto Humane Society Headquarters included the expansion of the second floor to create approximately 6,000sf of new space for its ‘Cat Care Facility’.  Project also included approximately 60,000sf of re-roofing, addition of an elevator, renovation of existing spaces for the implementation of new cage wash areas, ward rooms, treatment rooms, food storage & preparation rooms, and isolation rooms.  The facility also boasts a 2,500sf exterior second floor roof courtyard, which serves as a tranquil area in this busy downtown location.
