Redevelopment
of the existing University Plaza Shopping Centre
into a 176,000 sq.ft. multi-retail facility hosting
such tenants as Home Hardware, Black's Cameras,
Food Table, Bargain Harolds, Sears Catalogue Store,
Shoppers Drug Mart, Hallmark, Scotia Bank, and
A&P Foods. Project also included provision
of new parking facilities to accommodate the building
expansion.
