Adaptive Re-Use of the existing Scott House and Wallis Hall Student Residences included the conversion of existing student residences into Graduate Office Spaces, Lecture / Study Rooms with state of the art ‘smart boards’, video equipment, security system, and Graduate Studies Residences into a total renovated area of approximately 47,000 sf.  New areas also included updated washroom facilities, exterior façade updates, a new pedestrian bridge, and installation of an elevator.
