The
Credit Valley Conservation Authority Head Office Expansion Project is a 20,000sf
three storey office building addition to an
existing two storey head office building owned by
the Credit Valley Conservation Authority.
The building is located at 1255 Old Derry
Road in Mississauga, on a 9.1 hectare site which
abuts the banks of the Credit River.
The project is registered with the Canadian Green
Building Council (CaGBC) as a Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design Project (LEED Gold
Rating).
Construction of the project was designed to be
completed in two phases.
