The High Level Pumping
Station located at 235 Cottingham Street was
constructed in 1906 and is on the City’s
heritage list.Renovations to this facility included the
creation of a 2,000sf second floor mezzanine for
new administration areas overtop existing
offices.Scope
of work also included demolition of existing
partitions and ceilings, construction of new
glass, drywall and masonry partitions, steel
structures, concrete slabs, ceilings, new
flooring, millwork, HVAC modifications and
alterations, electrical power, lighting, data
and communication services, including
audiovisual and teleconferencing installations.
