Construction
of a new effluent water filtration plant involved
the provision of a pre-engineered building, filtration
system complete with backwash, back-wash effluent
pumps, high and low unfiltered effluent water
pumps, treated high lift pumps, yard piping, along
with related piping and new instrumentation and
control systems throughout the plant.
