The City of Burlington Seniors' Centre Expansion and Renovation project increased the facility's area from 15,522 sf to 21,500 sf. Approximately 2,200 sf of the existing facility also underwent some degree of renovation to create new kitchen, new washroom facilities, new program rooms, new lounge and craft rooms, and new multipurpose rooms. Project was completed in phases in order to maintain continuous functions of the ongoing operation of the centre.
