Marie Street is home to the Town of Collingwood.  The library occupies the ground and 2^nd floors, with the 3^rd floor assigned to municipal offices and community meeting rooms.  The building is designed for LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) certification inclusive of a ground source heat pump system.
