Renovation of the
existing Richvale Community Centre included the
demolition of approximately 15,000 sf of existing
portions of the facility to create new change
rooms, and administrative areas. Renovation also
included the addition of approximately 5,000 sf of
new administrative areas and the provision of a
new indoor
teaching pool.
